Put Your Goals on Paper

An AMPED Mindset Minute Video on Setting Goals:  When you have a dream, you have an idea of what you want. When you take that dream and write it down, you have a goal. It’s very difficult to move forward when you don’t know where you’re going!

We recommend writing down daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. It’s a great habit to be in and helps you focus on what is supporting you reaching your goals and what may be distracting you.
