AMPED Minute Mindset: Being an Overcomer

AMPED Minute Mindset: Being an Overcomer

The AMPED MINUTE MINDSET Series is dedicated to giving chiropractors quick bits of information to help them grow their practice and serve more people in their community.

In today’s Minute Mindset AMPED Leaders, Dr. Michael Viscarelli and Dr. Jeremy Hess discuss being an overcomer.

There are certain things all of us in our chiropractic practice, maybe don’t love to do or we have fears of doing. For some people, it could be public speaking or hosting Dinner with Doc events. For others, it may be the personal one on one conversation. While some may not like handling all the details that go into making your Chiropractic Clinic run smoothly such as marketing or processing tedious paperwork.

Whatever your it is, we’re always going to encounter these scenarios in our lives. As leaders in the Chiropractic community, whether you just leading your office or mentoring other chiropractors, it’s important to make sure that we’re not running from our fears but running at them.

Making sure that we’re engaging in them, breaking through those barriers holding us back so that we can always increase the number of people we are able to impact on a regular basis.

The best way to deal with fear is to run towards it. Run towards that fear, break it wide open, you push through to be successful on the other side.

Once we target these hurdles on a personal level, it becomes easier to help our team and the other people around us within our chiropractic community to do the same.
