AMPED Member Focus: Drs. Tony and Paige Stasi

Drs. Tony and Paige Stasi

We are proud to bring you the story of Drs. Tony and Page Stasi of “Launch Chiropractic”, located in Germantown, Tennessee! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.

Q. What are your roles at the practice?

A. Dr. Tony is the “General”. He does the orientations, puts out the majority of the fires, and steers the ship towards our goals. Dr. Paige is the one who sets up all the health talks and does the majority of them; she’s also the reason that we see so many kids and preggos – they love her!

Q. How long have you been open?

A. 6 months.

Q. How many patients do you see per week?

A. 400 visits/week.

Q. What is your focus or specialty?

A. We do TRT, as well as Websters Technique on pregnant mommas.

Q. What would you like to tell us about your practice adventure?

A. Adventure is such a good word, because, man, has it been one! We signed a lease a month before graduation, walked across the stage on December 15th, moved to Memphis on December 18th and started the opening process. We said “yes” to pretty much everything: screenings, health talks, random business talks-whatever; we went anywhere there were people we could talk to.

Our first major bump in the road was with the SBA process because it took FOREVER to get the money. Thankfully, we had just enough to float us through the build-out process and everything worked out, but that was scary. When we opened we had a ton of new on the books and needed the help help of Drs. Anthony Lopez, Michael Brian, and Dan Martin to process them all. Since the first couple weeks of basically sleeping at the office, it has gone by SO FAST!

There have been some really scary moments and some really awesome ones, but in all it’s just been a big period of growth for us both inside and outside the practice. We have worked harder than we thought was possible – both of us definitely underestimated how hard hitting our goals would be, but, man, has it all been worth it. We wouldn’t take back a single hour of screening or a dud health talk, because all of it helped refine and strengthen us.

Q. Where can we find out more about you?

A. Instagram: @launchchiromemphis and Facebook: @launchchiromemphis

Q. How has AMPED helped you?

A. AMPED has helped us because of the community. We aren’t loners on an island – wandering around in uncertainty. The mentors who lead this group are irreplaceable. Being able to call up Brower, Kowalke, & Sara Nelson at the drop of a hat because we need advice or guidance is beyond helpful. AMPED has helped us create the mindset that allows our goals to become real in our life and our community. We have become harder workers, better communicators, a stronger couple (still a work in progress, lol), and on and on, all because of the people who rubbed off on us in this community.

Q. Do you have advice for fellow AMPED members?

A. Don’t isolate yourself. Reach out to people when you need to. We both reach out to AMPED members to keep the fire lit and gain their knowledge (or just to rant about the crazies that come in).

Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?

A. Stop considering and pull the trigger. Like really though, join! We didn’t join until 9th quarter, so it is not too late regardless of what you think. It’s really about how hard you are willing to work and how bad you want it. If you would have told us where we would be 6 months in, neither of us would have believed you. AMPED works really, really, well. This decision has the potential to change your family tree, if you put in the work.
