AMPED Member Focus: Dr. Dan and Danna Martin

We are proud to bring you the story of Dr. Dan and Danna Martin of “Radius Chiropractic” located in Asheville, NC! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.

Q. What are your roles at the practice?

A. Dr. Dan – Lead Doc, Danna – Office Manager

Q. How long have you been open?

A. 3 Years this July

Q. How many patients do you see per week?

A. 600

Q. Would you like to share anything about your practice adventure?

A. We opened our practice less than 2 miles away from where Dr. Dan grew up, and we actually ended up buying a house in the neighborhood where he lived! It has been so fun and rewarding to come back and serve the community that raised him.

Q. What have you learned in your journey?

A. The most important thing you can do is stay true to your values and beliefs, even during the most difficult times. There may be practice members or team members who are not a great fit for your office and that’s okay. Building the foundation of your office on solid ground and creating a culture that is authentic will carry you through the difficult seasons and bless you with abundance in times of growth.

Q. How has AMPED helped you?

A. In countless ways! AMPED has provided us with the tools necessary to build a successful practice and impact our community in a big way. By using the Jumpstart procedures, we were able to book 450+ appointments before we even opened our doors. Since opening, we have learned how to effectively hire, train and manage a team that is self-sufficient. AMPED has not only given us the systems and procedures to be successful, but it has also given us an amazing community of friends and mentors to come alongside us in this process.

Q. What advice do you have for students?

A. Your future community deserves the best from you, so make sure you get the most experience you can NOW so that you can be the best for your community.

Q. What advice do you have for fellow doctors?

A. Keep the main thing the main thing!

Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?

A. Just do it! There is no better feeling than having confidence in your office systems and procedures, as well as having a community to seek advice from. The services AMPED offers and the family it provides you with are priceless.
