Q. How do I log into my AMPED Classroom?
A. You go to https://members.ampednow.com and click on the blue “Login With Facebook” button.
Q. Do I have to use Facebook to log into my AMPED Classroom?
A. Yes, each AMPED Classroom account must be attached to and accessed through a FB account. This FB account can be a new one set up solely for this purpose if you wish. Please note that each FB account must be unique.
Q. When I log into my AMPED Virtual Classroom, I wind up in a different person’s account
A. If you are using a shared computer in your office, you have to make sure that you log out of Facebook each time you use it. Otherwise, when you click on the “Login With Facebook” button on the login page at https://members.ampednow.com, you will log into the AMPED Classroom that is associated with someone else in your office.
Q. Should each team member in my office have a separate account and login?
A. Yes, please request a separate AMPED Classroom account for each person in your practice. To see your current accounts and to request new accounts, click on the “My Account” link at the upper right of your Classroom page and scroll down to the bottom of the My Account page.
Q. I am a new user. How do I set up my account?
A. If you are on a shared computer such as one in your office, make sure you are logged out of Facebook. Visit the login page at https://members.ampednow.com and click on the blue “Login With Facebook” button. Since you are setting up the association between an AMPED Virtual Classroom account and a Facebook account for the the first time, it will first ask you to log into Facebook and then it will ask you for your AMPED username and password. After you enter that info, it will associate that particular Facebook account with that particular AMPED Classroom account. If you are having trouble and need to undo a prior association, please let us know and we can manually disconnect the previous association so that you can set up the proper connection.
Q. Help! My login doesn’t get me into the right account. When I click the blue “Login With Facebook” button, I go right into the wrong account. We must not have used a unique Facebook account for each AMPED account. What do I do?
A. Contact us with the names of the accounts that are problematic and we’ll manually disconnect the Facebook association so that you can set up the login info from scratch.
Q. How do I add a new team member acccount?
A. Here’s how the process works. You request a team member account by using the “My Account” link up in the upper right corner under your name. On that My Account page, you fill out the “Request User” form and supply a name, member type, email and password. On our side, Regina Williams approves the request and sets up the team member. Regina then lets you know that the process is done. Then, you give your team member the username (which is the email) and the password and the login url (which is https://members.ampednow.com). Important – when the team member logs in for the first time, the computer should NOT be logged into any FB account. The computer should also be logged out of any other AMPED classroom account. When the team member logs into the new account, it will ask for them to log into a FB account. This MUST be a unique FB account (one that has not be used for logging into AMPED). It can be a new FB account set up solely for this purpose. Many offices do that. After logging into that FB account, it will ask you for the new AMPED account credentials. Enter them. Then, in future logins, it will bring you into the AMPED account that is associated with the FB account. PLEASE MAKE SURE to log out of both the AMPED Classroom and FB account when done with every AMPED session.
