We are proud to bring you the story of Dr. Jacob Duvall and KyLeigh Duvall of “Inside Out Chiropractic”, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.
Q. What are your roles at the practice?
A. Doctor & Office Manager.
Q. How long have you been open?
A. We have been open just over 2 years.
Q. How many patients do you see per week?
A. 500+
Q. What is your focus or specialty?
A. Dr. Jacob has a HUGE heart for seeing families get healthy together and specializes in TRT and is Webster Certified as well.
Q. What would you like to tell us about your practice adventure?
A. Our journey to opening our office wasn’t an easy one when it comes to our personal life. We found out 2 weeks before our ribbon cutting that our baby that my wife was 20 weeks pregnant with had a sacrococcygeal teratoma. We found this out from our midwife as we were up at the office putting together all of our furniture, and it was one of the hardest moments of our life. The following weeks as we opened were filled will tons of doctors appointments and extra stress on top of running a brand new office.
6 weeks after opening, KyLeigh had to step out of the office fully because she was having contractions every 2-4 minutes and would continue to do so until she delivered. Thanks to AMPED, we managed to keep growing our office and serving our community and pushing forwards.
KyLeigh and our daughter, Brighton, are both thriving now and we were blessed to be able to have Brighton in the office with us until she was 20 months old. We just hit 2 years in practice and our team is growing and on purpose with our mission and we are serving more of our community than we ever have before.

Q. How has AMPED helped you?
A. Aside from being saved, getting married, and choosing to go to Chiropractic school, AMPED has been one of the most impactful things that has happened to us. I (Dr. Jacob) am a dreamer, and my wife, KyLeigh, is a realist so it was always hard for us to get on the same page, until AMPED. AMPED allowed and encouraged us to dream big, but then gave us the tools to reach those goals. The AMPED community and systems and procedures got us through one of the darkest and hardest times of our lives. We had every tool we needed to keep pushing because we didn’t even have to think about it. Our AMPED mentors, Dr. Sam & Clare Stewart, had trained us so well that we were able to just keep putting one foot in front of the other and not sacrifice our family on the altar of our business. AMPED has given us, our team, and our community more than we could’ve ever imagined and we will be forever grateful for this incredible program and community.
Q. Do you have advice for fellow AMPED members?
A. Don’t wait to join AMPED and go “all in.” We let tough circumstances become excuses for why we needed to wait during school and wish we would’ve committed sooner. AMPED will change your life if you are willing to put in the work. It’s a proven system with a community who is rooting and willing to do whatever they can to help you succeed.
Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?
A. If you truly want to make an impact in this world through Chiropractic, then there is no better organization to align yourself with. Not only will you gain vital knowledge about how to bring your vision to life to serve your community, but you in return, will gain a community of like-minded world changers. Stop considering it, and just join!
