We are proud to bring you the story of Dr. Christian & Caitlynn Poldrack of “Society Chiropractic”, located in Midland, Texas! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.
Q. What are your roles at the practice?
A. Dr. Christian: Owner/Chiropractor, Caitlynn: Owner/Office Leader
Q. How long have you been open?
A. We have been open for 6 months.
Q. How many patients do you see per week?
A. Right now we are averaging around 450 office visits each week.
Q. What is your focus or specialty?
A. We are a family focused practice that utilizes primarily TRT. We are thankful to serve babies from a few days old up to practice members in their 90’s!
Q. What would you like to tell us about your practice adventure?
A. Opening Society Chiropractic Company was definitely an interesting and tough experience. Our office is located in the heart of the oil field which is heavily lacking in natural health care options and providers. As most of the general workforce is drawn towards jobs in the oilfield, contractors have a difficult time maintaining staff. This heavily affected our buildout and opening by causing us to experience severe delays. As delays and setbacks happened, we felt as if God was wanting us to dig in deeper and push harder to get opened. In retrospect, I am becoming increasingly thankful for the challenges and delays we experienced. Each issue that arose forced us to grow in self discipline, adaptability, and faith that this office was going to come to fruition and help thousands of people. We are so thankful for the AMPED community encouraging us and counseling us on how to navigate delays and get our doors open.
One of the most exciting components of our opening is how well the JumpStart program worked for us! We followed the program as closely as we could and it resulted in an extremely successful pre-opening marketing campaign . By the time we opened for our first day in the office, we had 463 prepaid appointments and were fully booked for our first several weeks in the office! We marketed with the conservative mindset that 60% of those appointments would come in, and we knew many would “get” our mission, but some would not. As a result, we pushed to get more appointments scheduled so we could cover our costs and quickly get to a point where we were not functioning in a survival mindset. That initial wave of momentum allowed us to be profitable from the very start, and has allowed us to have a tremendous amount of peace as we navigated the first months of practice!

Q. How has AMPED helped you?
A. AMPED has been the ultimate game changer for our lives. There is truly no telling where we would be if I had not been drug into Launch Club by Dr. Trevor Adams and Dr. Jake Schumann. Each day we have a direction to travel and goals to shoot for. Without knowing what is possible and how to make it happen, we would not have a growing office and be living our dream.
Q. Do you have advice for fellow AMPED members?
A. One of the best pieces of advice I have is to use the stress you will undoubtedly feel in practice as a fuel to get out and market. Dr. Sims said on a JumpStart call something along the lines of, “If you are stressed about finances, go do a screening and get more people signed up and you won’t be stressed anymore.” That simple strategy is why we marketed and pushed so hard before we opened and I am so thankful we did.
Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?
A. I would encourage anyone who is considering AMPED to do it without hesitation. If you want to be surrounded and counseled by industry leaders and innovators, this is the perfect place for you. As a new office, we have about a dozen questions and new scenarios come up a day. We have yet to run into an issue that we haven’t been able to get an answer to with either a quick search of the private facebook page or phone call to a fellow AMPED member. Access to immediate solutions is everything to a new office and something you don’t want to practice without!
