We are proud to bring you the story of Dr. Kent and Kat Daavettila (along with Ada Sage & Juniper) of “Etio Chiropractic”, located in Colorado Springs, CO! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.
Q. What are your roles at the practice?
A. Kent – Chiro. Kat – his boss 🙂
Q. How long have you been open?
A. A little over 3 months.
Q. How many patients do you see per week?
A. 340 per week
Q. What is your focus or specialty?
A. TRT , pregnancy moms, babies & whole families.
Q. What would you like to tell us about your practice adventure?
A. Stepped out in faith to move to COS the end of June and we opened our practice October 22nd . We share one car to and from the office, with about zero personal space. Our home has become our practice. Ada Sage, 2 years old gives out the daily handouts while Juni, 10 months, is the office “baton”.
Both have brought so much craziness and joy to the practice! We are a family serving families, so when life gets pretty REAL (kids screaming blue murder during Doctors Reports and financials, kids running around pants-less and Kat wearing babies thru Day 1’s), we laugh (and cry inside ) that our normal is different than most! We wouldn’t trade this for anything!!

Q. How has AMPED helped you?
A. AMPED provides the best foundation to first get people in your door and second to educate them on why they are there and keep them there. Our practice has grown mostly from screenings and internal referrals, all which were learned through the AMPED program and mentorship.
Q. Do you have advice for fellow AMPED members?
A. Be authentic to who you are. When you do that, people who are meant to be in your practice will be there.
Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?
A. From a professional standpoint , nothing out there allows you to impact such a large amount of people in such a short period of time, and truly transform families and people’s LIVES!! From a business standpoint, nothing out there allows you to change the trajectory of your family’s finances so quickly. All by serving whole entire families from birth through adulthood and the elderly.
