AMPED Member Focus: Dr. Josh and Jenna Albrecht

AMPED Member Focus: Dr. Josh and Jenna Albrecht

We are proud to bring you the story of Dr. Josh and Jenna Albrecht of “Ignite Chiropractic” located in Fargo, ND! All of us in the AMPED community wish them the best of luck.

Q. What are your roles at the practice?

A. Dr. Josh – Owner, Jenna – Team Support & Office Admin

Q. How long have you been open?

A. 4.5 years

Q. How many patients do you see per week?

A. 450

Q. Would you like to share anything about your practice adventure?

A. We started practice with a family of 4 and are currently a family of 7! Having kids while in practice has been a unique and wonderful experience. Even through the hard times, having a place we can serve together as a family has been a privilege.

Q. What have you learned in your journey?

A.We have learned that being in practice is a sanctifying process. It’s hard, messy, trying, exhausting BUT the ups and downs have made us lean more on our faith and we have been put in an amazing position to help others physically, mentally and most importantly, spiritually.

Q. Where can we find out more about you?

Q. How has AMPED helped you?

A. AMPED has given us first and foremost a community to be a part of.  Knowing that there is a group of people that have gone before us and that are in the trenches with us makes a world of difference.  We would have had NO idea how to open a business like this from the ground up if it weren’t for AMPED.

Q. What advice do you have for students?

A. Don’t get bogged down in the grind of classes.  Allow yourself to remember why you went to school and remember that it is only a vessel to get you to the community you are meant to be serving. As a spouse, do your best to support your spouse and understand the processes and procedures.  Being on the same page (whether you plan to be in the office or not) is a huge gamechanger.

Q. What advice do you have for fellow doctors?

A.Comparison is the robber of joy. Your journey is your own, so make it authentic to who you are and your “why” for doing it. Know your limits and surround yourself with a community who will hold you accountable to not lose focus of what’s important in life. Maintain an excellent work ethic and know that sacrifices will be made, but don’t lose sight of the big picture and kill yourself in the process. Don’t get distracted by the “flashy” things.

Q. What would you say to anyone considering joining AMPED?

A.If you are in this to serve people and serve as many as possible, this is the place to do it.  It is a powerful family that is all pushing towards the same ultimate goal and there is no place that we would rather be!
